Smap3D Stress Simulation

For Smap3D Piping we have developed a suitable interface for all suppliers of stress simulation software. The entire geometry from Smap3D Piping is transferred to the simulation program by PCF export: Now the engineer no longer has to create an extra drawing for the stress analysis!

• Passing on the geometry including all materials and position of pipes and supports as well as their connection points
• Automatic transfer of the mechanical structure of a pipeline including its objects
• Through PCF interface transfer of planning data in neutral format also possible to other simulation programs, e.g. for flow analysis or pressure loss calculation
• Transfer of the article information of the fixtures. e.g. for pressure loss calculations

We support you with documentation for your  stress analysis software or we take over the implementation as a service.
