Update service

You want to start as quickly and smoothly as possible with Smap3D Plant Design or switch to a new version? We are happy to support you with the basic and update installation of Smap3D P&ID, Piping and Isometric at a flat rate of EUR 250 / USD 300. The license manager and a client will be installed and set up. The installation is done online via TeamViewer.

The procedure

In a first appointment one of our support experts discusses the procedure with you and takes care of the backup of your data and settings including documentation. Afterwards, your admin will execute a possibly necessary update of your CAD system and the uninstallation of the previous Smap3D Plant Design version. In a second appointment with one of our support experts we install the Smap3D Plant Design modules in the desired version and restore the previous actual state of your settings and data.

Important requirements:

• It must be ensured that the operating system and, if applicable, the server meet the requirements listed in the installation instructions.
• The software package to be installed must already be downloaded.
• Administrative rights must be available.
• For add-on products, the CAD system to be used must be installed.
