Support Center

As part of a valid maintenance contract, we offer support within a reaction time of two hours. Please use our ticket system in the Support Center for your support request (including file upload). One of our technicians will then contact you.

In the password-protected Support Center you can

• simply capture your hotline inquiries,
• upload associated images and data,
• see the processing status of your request(s) and
• get an overview of your previous inquiries.
