Smap3D Technical Support

As part of an active maintenance contract, we offer our customers support within a response time of two hours. For a request to our Smap3D hotline (incl. file upload), please use our ticket system in the support center. One of our technicians will then contact you.

In the password-protected support center you can

  • Simply enter your hotline inquiries,
  • upload associated data and images,
  • the processing status of your individual hotline inquiries and
  • your previous requests.

Remote maintenance - support via the Internet

In addition to telephone support, we can also connect to your computer via the Internet. Teamviewer enables the secure and convenient transfer of your desktop. True to the motto “A picture is worth a thousand words”, Teamviewer often makes it easier to solve problems.

You do not need to install a program, but simply log in using a session number that you receive from us. Numerous customers now appreciate this option.
