Smap3D Plant Design 2024 is available just in time for the end of the year. Once again, the new version comes with numerous optimisations and new functions. We have compiled a selection for you below:
Smap3D P&ID:
New options in the “Edit symbols data fields” and “Edit lines data fields” modules for even more effective customization of these tools.
Optimized algorithm of the “Pipeline list” module, as well as expanded custom export options in this module.
New option to show pipe spec header information when selecting pipe specs for lines in the P&ID.
Smap3D Piping:
New functionality to calculate the rotation of piping components on a piping path to better support piping manufacturing with new information directly from a 3D pipeline assembly.
New functionality for automated adjustment of orbital welding components in 3D pipeline planning.
Extensions in the “Transfer connection properties” function to now also retrieve virtual information from the “externally” connected components and transfer it to the pipeline.
Smap3D ISO:
New option for improved customization of isometric drawing output.
